Reiki “universal life energy” is an ancient, subtle yet powerful method of healing and personal growth discovered by Dr Mikao Usui in the early nineteenth century in Japan.
Learning Reiki is one of the most profoundly transforming things you can do for yourself and others.
Reiki has the ability to accelerate and compliment positive change in all areas of life. Improving health, wellbeing, self-esteem, confidence, inner peace and so much more!
Anyone can practice and apply Yoga.
Reiki is available to anyone willing to try and is simple and easy to learn.
Reiki is a safe, non-invasive technique which can be used to treat physical mental and emotional imbalance in the body
Reiki stimulates the body’s natural ability to heal itself, relieve pain, promote wellbeing leave you feeling deeply relaxed, rejuvenated, and balanced.
Reiki level 1 opens and clears your own energy channels, allowing energy to flow free and tunes the healer to a higher vibration/frequency.
After your first attunement this channel remains open and the energy readily available for the rest of your life.
Level 1 focuses on self-healing and integrating the Reiki philosophy.

Reiki Level 2 Training
Level 2, the second degree in Reiki training is the next giant step towards understanding and becoming fully attuned to Reiki.
Anyone who wants to study and master the second degree must first have already completed the first degree as a prerequisite. If this was not done thru myself, I will need to site Certification for Level 1. Like the first degree most people feel they are drawn at the appropriate time to the next level of Reiki.
Level 2 allows you to pursue your own personal development and become a practitioner if it is your desire.

Level 1 and Level 2 Certificates are a Prerequisite for Level 3 Master Teacher

Reiki Mentoring
This session is designed to help anyone who may have studied Reiki online or those who had their attunement a long time ago and would like a refresher.
This session will assist you with your Reiki journey and help you to feel confident with Energy work and applying it not just to your own life but professionally if you desire.
This session will answer any questions you may have and be the ideal refresher to kick start you with sharing the magic that is Reiki.
You will also have the opportunity to practice in a Reiki specific environment and will receive ongoing support.
