Located in the heart of bustling North Lakes
Ducted Airconditioning - Furnished with Desk, Filing cabinet, Office chair, Client chair, Privacy window and blinds, wifi internet, power outlet, secure building with security alarms and external cameras. ( treatment table not included )
Lease includes access to a kitchenette, toilet and a waiting area for clients. ( Does not include studio space )
$100 / day with minimum 3 month lease up to 12 months - Available Monday to Thursday
( Discount * $300 for all 4 days Lease Signing)
3 month minimum lease up to 12 months at a time.
Must have insurance and be qualified if using space as a treatment room and established clientele base although the Zen Den would give you the opportunity to increase that clientele and compliment each other with cross marketing.
Please note the room is located on level 2 and stairs are the only access which may affect some clientele accessibility. Room is located within a yoga studio with limited amount of yoga classes running during the day, the space will be mostly private for your own use. We seek a complimentary practitioner who aligns with natural therapy ie Massage, Acupuncturist, counselling etc
